Flame Seedless
Dark flame to rust red colour, size up to 20 mm, brix up to 20 brix.

Black to dark bluish black colour, size up to 19 mm, brix up to 22 brix.
Crimson Seedless
Pink to dark pink red colour, elongated berries up to 18 mm size, brix up to 20 brix.

ONIONS
Red Onions
These onions are dark red in colour and have a strong pungent flavor. Size varies between 2.5 to 5.5 cm in diameter depending on varietits. The shelf life of red onions is moderate and are available for 4 to 5 months only.
Yellow Onions
Yellow onions are a little bit sweet in flavor and are best suited for both raw and cooked applications. These have a very good shelf life, size varies between 3.5 to 6.5cm in diameter. Yellow onions are available throughout the year.
White Onions
White onions are pungent, mildly sweet flavor, crunchy and tender and have a mellow, non-abrasive aftertaste.
